Welcome to Briningham

Briningham is a small picturesque village in North Norfolk. There are 76 homes in the village.
St Maurice Church is situated near to the centre of the village and the Village also has a village Hall located in Dereham Road which is available for private hire.
​
The Parish Council consists of 5 Councillors and is responsible for the ensuring the needs of the Parish are met. Responsibilities of the Parish Council are listed above.
Meetings usually start at 7pm and take place in the Village Hall
There are also a number of 20 rod allotments owned and managed by the Parish Council. Contact the Clerk if you are interested in finding out more about renting an allotment.

The next Parish Council Meeting will take place on Monday 1st September 2025 in Briningham Village Hall at 7pm

As the receipts and payments for the Council in 2024/25 were under £25,000, the Parish Council has declared itself exempt from external audit.
The Period for Public Rights will be from Monday 9th June until Friday 18th July 2025.
